Our teams have smashed it out the park again!
We are all in celebration mode this week and would like to share our fantastic news that after completion of our 2-day BRC Audit Version 8 in Global Food safety Standards last week, we only went and achieved the highest AA Grade possible!

Stephen Greenwood, Operations Manager at Prima Cheese was involved throughout the recent audit and stated, ‘’This certification demonstrates Prima’s commitment to our everyday operations of producing food safe, origin assured, Grade A cheese.’’

He added; ‘’I was very confident from the outset we would achieve the accreditation but to achieve the double A grade is testament to the entire team. The systems we have in place at the company are second to none and this was highlighted throughout the 2-day audit. Our production staff, hygiene and QA teams are a credit to the company and always embrace the improved procedures and policies we have on site. First impression is always the best impression, and this is what we always do at Prima, it’s not for show, it’s how we operate daily. Well done to all the teams.’’
