We are delighted to announce that for the third year running, Prima Cheese has achieved the BRCGS AA grade status!

BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards) is an independent food safety accreditation and is one of the most widely used standards in food processing. 

Our latest accolade, achieving the highest rating possible for the third year in a row, shows our commitment to our values, “consistency, quality and service”, which are maintained in the quality and safety of our products. This enables customers to evaluate us through a globally recognised standard.

Being able to demonstrate our dedication to our values highlights our ethics as an organisation while setting us apart from similar manufacturers.

Our QA Manager, Marina Zampa, commented, “Another great achievement by the Prima Cheese team! BRCGS audit is a thorough audit testing food safety culture, procedures, and controls, and the real teamwork spirit comes out! We are so proud of how we work together to ensure the quality and safety of our products!”

Our Quality Control Manager Henedita, commented, “We are more than thrilled with the outcome of the audit and the result. The operation of teamwork during the audit is evidently improving every year and people are confident in what they are doing. We take audits and the auditors as a fresh pair of eyes looking into our internal systems. It is part of continuous improvement and a way of seeing how Prima can achieve more and be even better.”
