Essential Requirements

Are you a dynamic expert in food service, with proven experience of excellent client relationship management skills within cash & carry, wholesales, food distribution or the food and beverage sector? If so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you to grow your career!

The role holder will have experience and skills in:

• Managing a remote team.
• Creation and delivery of improvement strategies.
• Confidently researching, processing, and analysing key data.
• Collaborating with marketing teams and professionally promoting services at trade days.

Our people are the key to our success, the Senior Commercial Manager will need strong leadership skills – recruiting and managing remote Business Development Managers, effectively coaching the team to deliver excellence and efficiency.

The successful candidate will report directly to our Co-CEO’s and based in Islington, London, these offices are dedicated to our commercial and marketing activities, with a visit to our Head Office based in Seaham once a month.
