This month’s employees who are being recognised for their achievements are Greta our Production Operative and Martin our Transport Supervisor!
Our Production Manager Alex said “Greta is a very responsible and hard-working member of the team. She is always doing her job to the highest standard without hesitation and works well with doing her tasks, maintaining the quality, food safety and consistency of our products. She always makes herself available to support Production and cover other roles when required. I am delighted to present Greta with employee of the month.”
Our Transport Manager John said “I first met Martin in the summer of 2018, he always gets along with all of the drivers, and he immediately fitted in the Transport role very quickly, with no experience of trucks, routes and all the things that come with being in the transport office, he was on a steep learning curve and he did very well. Thank you Martin.”
