Testing day at Prima!

One of our favourite days in the Prima Cheese offices – testing day!

With new product developments comes lots of taste testing, feedback and re-testing.  For some of our team, this is a delicious addition to their day but for the Quality Control department, it is a key ingredient to their product development process!

Before we can launch a new product we have a rigorous process of testing, tasting, creating recipes, analysing functionality and performance, evaluating quality, process, strategy – the list goes on! It’s an all-hands-on-deck approach for a successful launch with collaboration from departments all across the company.

But back to the exciting part, after a successful tasting session for our secret new product you can expect more cheesy goodness to be coming your way soon - make sure to keep your eyes peeled...
